Help with a variety of general office duties supporting our membership. Tasks may include writing thank you notes and emails to our members or preparing and sending out the weekly email blast notifications of upcoming arts events in the Amador County area.
This can be light tasks such as working a registration table, “passing the bucket” for donations, greeting participants, or passing out programs at events such as our T.G.I.F. Summer Concert series, or assisting with set-up for the Student Arts Showcase, or the helping with an auction at Winefest or the Murder Mystery dinners. Other tasks require some light lifting, so we’re hoping to get some people that enjoy a bit of a workout or some strong family members to help in this area. It involves set-up and/or tear-down of tables/chairs at events and sometimes moving small boxes of event materials and supplies.
